Victoria is a seasoned lawyer with over a decade of legal experience and a background as a multi-business owner.
She works with start-ups, small and midsize companies, international businesses, and government entities, delivering practical, commercially minded legal strategies, and has in-depth knowledge of BC's business landscape, regulatory environment, and real estate market. Victoria also serves as senior legal counsel in the public sector, bringing experience that spans both private enterprise and the public interest.
Victoria developed her legal expertise at Miller Thomson LLP, a leading national firm, and Reed Smith LLP, a top-ranked international firm. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong (non-practising).
Victoria is a member of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch — Business Law, Real Property, and Construction Law sections — and served as Real Property Section Executive from 2018 to 2020. She served as a Director of Charlford House Society for Women from 2019 to 2021, a nonprofit supporting women’s recovery from substance addiction in BC, and as a Director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC from 2018 to 2020, BC’s largest equity-seeking bar association representing over 850 Asian Canadian legal professionals. She is developing LawReach BC · 法達行動, a free bilingual legal education program for BC’s Chinese Canadian community.
